Thank you for choosing Luxury Leather Furniture! We understand that buying custom leather furniture online requires confidence, and we want to make sure you have an exceptional experience from order to delivery.

We've designed our return policy to eliminate the typical hassles of online furniture shopping. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.


I. 30-DAY RETURN POLICY

We believe you'll love your custom leather furniture, but we understand that sometimes a piece might not be exactly what you expected.

The Return Return requests can be made within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at (888) 883-0675 so we can facilitate the process. Please note that our policy varies based on whether you ordered samples:

If you ordered leather samples before purchase:

  • No restocking fees applied
  • We handle all pickup and packaging
  • You pay return shipping only
  • Full refund of purchase price

If you did not order samples:

  • Standard return shipping rates apply
  • We still handle pickup and packaging for your convenience
  • Refund of purchase price minus original shipping costs

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be in original condition with no damage, stains, or modifications
  • We'll arrange professional pickup and packaging at your home
  • Photos required the day before pickup showing item condition
  • Send photos to [email protected] with your order number

We cannot accommodate returns for:

  • Items marked as 'Final Sale' or 'Clearance'
  • Furniture damaged due to misuse or normal wear beyond 30 days
  • Items that have been modified or customized beyond our specifications

The Refund Refunds are processed within 7 business days after pickup confirmation. Funds will be returned to your original payment method. Credit card refunds typically appear within 3-5 business days, depending on your card issuer.


II. EXCHANGE PROGRAM

Rather than returning your furniture, you can exchange it for a different piece. This is our most popular option.

How It Works:

  • Select new furniture specifications and configuration
  • Receive full credit for current piece minus return shipping
  • Pay any difference if new selection costs more
  • Keep using current furniture while new piece is being made
  • We coordinate pickup of old furniture when delivering new piece

Requirements:

  • Same photo documentation as returns
  • New order subject to current pricing and production timeline
  • Exchange must be initiated within 30-day return window


III. QUALITY GUARANTEE

Manufacturing Defects If your furniture has any manufacturing defect or quality issue, we will replace it immediately at no cost to you. This includes all shipping, pickup, and delivery charges.

What Qualifies:

  • Construction flaws, weak joints, or stitching problems
  • Leather quality issues or premature cracking
  • Frame defects or hardware failures
  • Incorrect specifications from your order
  • Shipping damage beyond normal handling

Reporting Process: All quality issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery. Contact us immediately and we will arrange inspection and begin replacement production.

Shipping Damage Protection All shipments are fully insured. Our claims department will send a professional technician to your home to assess and repair shipping damage when possible. If repair isn't feasible, we'll provide full replacement or credit.


IV. SAMPLE PROGRAM

Free Leather Samples We provide up to 4 free leather samples per customer to ensure complete satisfaction with your selection.

Sample Benefits:

  • Actual leather from current production batches
  • Same-day shipping for orders placed before 2 PM EST
  • Qualifies you for our no-fee return policy
  • Includes care and maintenance instructions

Why We Recommend Samples: Ordering samples before purchase ensures you're completely satisfied with leather color and texture, and qualifies you for our most generous return terms.


V. ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATION

Cancellation Timeline:

  • Full refund if cancelled within 24 hours of order placement
  • Partial refund may be available before production begins
  • Limited options once custom production starts

Specification Changes: Order modifications may be possible within 24 hours of placement, subject to production status. Contact us immediately at (888) 883-0675 to discuss options.

Payment Terms:

  • 50% deposit required to begin production
  • Balance due before shipment
  • Production time: 6-8 weeks after final specifications approved

VI. WARRANTY COVERAGE

Structural Warranty:

  • Frame and construction: 5 years
  • Leather materials: 2 years against defects
  • Hardware and mechanisms: 18 months

What's Not Covered:

  • Normal aging and patina development
  • Damage from misuse, pets, or accidents
  • Exposure to excessive heat, moisture, or chemicals

Care Instructions: Detailed maintenance guidelines are provided with every delivery to help preserve your furniture's beauty and longevity.
