Report Within 5 Days
Contact our claims department by phone or email within 5 days of the stain or damage occurring.
Free Repair Guidance
We may provide professional stain removal advice, products, or arrange a no-charge in-home technician visit.
Off-Site Repair
If needed, your furniture is picked up and returned at no cost. We handle the logistics.
Replace If Needed
If repair isn't possible, select a replacement of equal value at the original place of purchase.The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the replacement.
Refundable as Store Credit
No covered claims during the 3-year term? You get your money back as store credit. This applies to all leather furnishings sold for residential and rental properties.
What's Not Covered
Stains from unknown origin or accumulated soiling from normal use
Body oil, hair oil, perspiration, or darkened contact areas
Exotic leathers or suede (alligator, crocodile, ostrich patterns)
General wear and tear, fading, odors, or color loss from everyday use
Damage during delivery, transit, storage, or assembly
Willful abuse, misuse, or damage from unauthorized repairs
Items covered under manufacturer warranty or homeowner's insurance
Repeated pet damage incidents or preventable bodily fluid stains
Furniture used commercially, in daycare, or stored/used outdoors
Items sold "as-is," used, or without manufacturer warranty
